In order to ensure that your account funds are available at all times, Partner banka d.d. Zagreb provides services via the MBNET ATM network, where you can:

check your account balance

withdraw cash

change your PIN
Partner banka does not charge a fee for withdrawing cash at ATMs owned by Croatian banks that are members of MBNET, as well as at ATMs that are not owned by the Bank, but are located at the locations of the Bank's branches:

In addition to the above locations, there are more than 1,000 ATMs with the MBNET logo available throughout Croatia.
The MBNET network consists of banks
Erste&Steiermärkische Bank, BKS Bank, Imex Bank, Istarska kreditna banka, Karlovačka banka, Kentbank, Agram banka, Podravska banka, Samoborska banka and Slatinska banka.

Please report the loss of your card immediately to the EGCP Customer Service: +385 1 3078 699, regardless of whether you are in the country or abroad.
